Mr. Jones is a Professional Geologist with over 35 years of varied technical, management, corporate and financing experience in Canada and internationally. During his career Mr. Jones has worked with more than 20 mineral exploration and development companies on projects ranging from greenfields stage to production. He currently holds two directorships, is CEO of a Canadian listed minerals company, and acts as a Qualified Person.


David Melling, P.Geo
CEO, Director

Mr. Melling is an exploration geologist with over than 35 years of experience in the mining industry. David has senior leadership experience on exploration and development projects in Canada, USA, Cuba, Ecuador, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Mr. Melling's specialized experience extends to working in challenging and isolated settings and managing all aspects of surface and underground exploration projects. David has worked on a variety of deposit types including all classes of Lode-Au deposits; porphyry Cu-Au, Epithermal Au, Carlin type Au,, and VMS deposits, Kambalda type Ni deposits, Magmatic Cu-Ni-PGE deposits, and unconformity type U deposits. Mr. Melling is also experienced with lithium deposits having prepared the 43-101 Technical Report on the Thompson Brother's LCT pegmatite deposit in Manitoba, Canada. David has served as an officer, director, and Vice-President Exploration for several Canadian exploration companies. David holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Geology from Carleton University and is a registered professional geologist with the Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, Canada.


Mario Miranda CPA, CA, MFIN
Independent Director

Mr. Miranda is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the natural resources and energy industry. He has broad experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, regulatory and compliance. Mr. Miranda is presently the Chief Financial Officer of New Stratus Energy Inc., a TSXV-listed Oil and Gas producer. Mario has held numerous other senior positions in the resource sector including former Chief Financial Officer of Snow Lake Lithium, a Nasdaq listed lithium exploration company, interim Director of Financial Reporting and budgeting for Kinross Gold Corp. and the Chief Financial Officer of Lake Shore Gold Corp. Mr. Miranda holds a Bachelors in Economics from Concordia University, a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from McGill University and a Master’s degree in Finance from Queen’s University.


Anup Sheopaul
CFO

Mr. Sheopaul presently works with Marrelli Support Services Inc. (“MSSI”), and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of several public companies. MSSI provides Chief Financial Officer, accounting, regulatory, compliance and management advisory services to numerous issuers on the Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange and other Canadian and U.S. exchanges. Mr. Sheopaul has a focus on building strong relationships with clients to understand and anticipate their needs. Mr. Sheopaul has been regularly involved in initial public offerings, analysis of complex accounting transactions, and assisting non-public and public clients regarding IFRS disclosure and compliance matters.


Kym Revington, MSC, MAIG
Country Manager - Australia

Mr. Revington is a NSW-based geologist with over 20 years’ experience in the mining and exploration industry. He has worked across a diverse range of commodities and deposit styles, specializing in gold exploration. A discovery-driven exploration geologist with experience leading teams at various stages of project development, Kym’s career has ranged from greenfields exploration, to discovery and delivery of JORC-compliant resources as well as near and in-mine exploration, throughout Australia and Africa.

He has been involved in several discoveries including the Havana deposit, part of the world class Tropicana gold project, and he played a significant part in the discovery of the multi-million ounce Bibra gold deposit (Karlawinda Project). More recently, Kym has focused on generating highly prospective early-stage mineral exploration projects throughout New South Wales.
